MakeWarpTask needs a task topic doc page

      Description

      MakeWarpTask doesn't have a Task Topic page in the pipe_task docs, only the python API page. This is an important place for information on a task, and is the primary reference for how a task behaves and what it's connections and configs are. Please add this task topic page, following the task topic docs:

      https://developer.lsst.io/stack/task-topic-type.html

      It might be worth checking the version of pipe_tasks from before DM-35939 (or even earlier) to see if there's anything we could use in the CoaddTempExp doxygen.

            The documents are built in /sdf/home/s/smart/u/code/pipelines_lsst_io. I edited the examples slightly in hopes of improving readability.
