Description
The latiss_cwfs_align script uses sensitivity matrix https://tstn-016.lsst.io/ in the process of determining the wavefront shape to align the auxiliary telescope. Recent work (DM-37396, DM-37533, DM-37629) found that the `latiss_cwfs_align` script used incorrect fractional obscuration value (0.423 rather than 0.3525). This means that sensitivity matrix may need to be re-calculated using the correct obscuration.
NB:
AuxTel mirror diameter = 1.2 meters
AuxTel central obscuration diameter = 0.423 meters
AuxTel obscuration ratio = 0.423 m/1.2 m = 0.3525 (dimensionless)

Note: both CWFS and WEP codes use "obscuration" in a fractional meaning - compare
