      Description

Set up a way to use the analysis_tools package to calculate closed loop results metrics.

Then regularly see how the closed loop results change as we change ts_wep and ts_phosim by pushing metrics to chronograf.

To get the ball rolling, metrics I would like to see include:

            • image quality (integrated over all zernikes) at the end of a closed loop (fixed number of iterations)
            • Timing of the components (ISR, donut detection including WCS if needed, donut fitting)
            • Number of outliers in the Zernike estimation (i.e. outliers rejected from the overall solution)

What can analysis_tools generate as outputs. Is it just a scalar or could it be a set of zernikes?

The image quality is what I've been testing so far so I know we can do that.

The latter two are stored in the butler log and metadata for each task run in a pipeline so we can just extract those values and send them to chronograf if we want. I will try to demonstrate that this week.
