          Fixed IMS issues - tests 010, 018, 021 passes (and probably more, haven't tested those yet).

          T028 and T027 were run without abiding to notice printed on console:

          This tests will run only with FaultOnNearNeighborCheck and FaultOnFarNeighborCheck disabled. And Limit table set to None Please see test source code for instructions.

          I changed tests to print out in red what's needed to be done.

          M13T013 will be fixed after DM-37794 is merged and used on summit, as it will not work without software limits. DM-37846
