We need to have a way to store and handle tree ring (and other electric field effects) data, regardless of whether this is data inherited from the camera team or something that is measured in DM code.  This ticket will create an IsrCalib to hold this data, along with any methods that are needed (the one that comes to mine for me is a method to convert the 1-D profile into a full image, given a center point for that profile).
