After the LDM-503-RSPa tests (test plan LVV-P80, document DMTR-381) were completed and reported, Leanne Guy and others noted that the presence of individual test steps with less-than-Pass status in a test case prevented, due to details of the Jira tool behavior, the full verification of any requirement tied to that case. Several requirements were blocked from moving to the verified state because of this, even though they were in practice fully verified.

The task in this ticket is to re-cast the whole of the LDM-503-RSPa test plan with finer-grained test cases in Jira, and to re-report the tests performed against that structure.

The intent is to keep the test plan ID, LVV-P80, but to organize the reformatted test plan into new test cycles, keeping the original test cycles intact for future reference.

We will not introduce any new test coverage into the restructured plan.
