Description

The jenkins trace complains about cosmic rays. I suspect this is related to enabling parallel overscan.

The tests are instantiating their own configs, which aren't picking up the LATISS overscan config overrides. This was causing the failure, as the standard processing (the rest of the package) are getting those config overrides.
