      Description

      BTS k8s cluster is ready at the Base, RSP deployed in DM-38080 and DM-37997.
      This ticket is to add the base environment for Sasquatch.

            Step 1. Sync Sasquatch at BTS

            Update InfluxDB and Kapacitor configuration in Chronograf

            InfluxDB connection URL:
            http://sasquatch-influxdb.sasquatch:8086

            Kapacitor connection URL:
            http://sasquatch-kapacitor.sasquatch:9092

            Enable Chronograf news feeds for BTS

            Step 2. Review secrets in Vault

            Add the ts-salkafka secret

            secret/k8s_operator/base-lsp.lsst.codes/ts/software/ts-salkafka

            This is used by the kafka-producers.

            Step 3. Sasquatch Slack notifications

            Test slack notifications to com-efd-status channel.

            Step 4. Test EFD client access

            Access via the EFD client is done through the segwarides service using the base_efd alias.

            Step 5. Update SQR-034 with new URLs for the services deployed at BTS
