      Description

      The current Chronograf Environment dashboard reads weather from the old WeatherStation CSC. Update to read it from ESS 301 instead.

            Basically done. There is one issue I was not able to figure out:

            • I wanted to limit the data to the right sensor name, e.g. with where clauses such as WHERE salIndex = 301 and sensorName = "Weather tower air temperature" but I could never make that work; it always returned no data. So I gave up. This means the data will be confusingly wrong if we add more sensors to ESS 301.
