      Description

      The unit tests for Young32400WeatherStationDataClient do not exercise the TCP/IP and this allowed two errors to creep through. Plus we don't test what happens if communication fails. Rework the tests accordingly.

      Once that is done, look into doing the same for SiglentSSA3000xSpectrumAnalyzerDataClient, though that will probably be another ticket.
