Description
Clarify the data format and precision requirements of the TCS (or other Telescope and Site components) on the reporting of WCS and PSF information by DM on a per-image basis.
Depends on the ability of the T&S group to engage with this subject.
Current PMCS deadline for Phase 3 readiness of LSE-75 is 29-Sep-2015.

Activity
A small amount of work was done in Winter 2016, but the actual change request will be done in X16. Moving this epic to X16 accordingly.
This is on hold pending a reassessment as part of the Level 1 system design of the general capability of returning telemetry from DM to other Observatory systems via the OCS middleware.
Moved to F16 after discussion with Jacek Becla.
LSE-75 was updated, including the WCS and PSF requirements, in LCR-1230.
Gregory and I have been more active on the update of LSE-75. Realistically, I don't think it will be done by Sept 29th 2015 but I definitely hope it will be by the end of Winter 2016.
