The Camera DAQ group was very busy working on the delivery of the Brookhaven test stand (TS8) during W16 and this work was deferred until that was complete. An initial exposition of the DAQ API was set out by Mike Huffer at the February 2016 JTM, and this will be the basis for X16 work.

Moving this epic to X16 as a result.

The LSE-68 ICD itself is as complete as it is likely to ever be. While there are still some details of the catalog interface to be worked out (under a separate epic and milestone), we should be OK as long as they conform to the requirements already present in the ICD.
