      Description

      Recent pins on the main branch will also be needed for earlier rubin-env versions. As these are < pins, only new builds should be required.

          v4.0.1 release branch is not solving:

          conda_build.exceptions.DependencyNeedsBuildingError: Unsatisfiable dependencies for platform linux-64: {MatchSpec("gcc_linux-64==11.1.0=h97fdae6_0"), MatchSpec("gfortran_linux-64==11.1.0=h199678c_0")}

          That was because I hadn't preserved the gfortran version after re-rendering.
