      Description

      Support the EnabledFault Mask in M2 cell and debug the error handling. Sometimes, the M2 GUI can not catch the fault from the M2 cRIO simulator. I do not know this comes from the SummaryFaultsStatus from M2 cRIO simulator or not. I may want to show it on GUI.

      Note. Fix the data flow of user event in test cases in this ticket as well.

            You can ignore the first commit. For the update of test cases, I did the refactoring of order execution of registering and triggering the user events as we discussed at last Friday.
