      Description

      IT have assigned host names for the weather station and for the LabJack that reads the SST accelerometers. Update ts_config_ocs to use those. The new names are:

      tma-labjack01.cp.lsst.org = 139.229.178.63
      calibhill-weatherstation01.cp.lsst.org = 139.229.170.70

          Would either one of you be willing to review this? I didn't change the timeout because I think it's unwise and I'd rather it be a different ticket.
