      Description

      This is now available in conda-forge and will be commonly used by Commissioning staff.

      This will remove the need to pip install the package while building the sciplat-lab container.

          I have tested that an environment can be built with rubin-env-developer=6.0.0 and lsst-efd-client and that the USDF EFD can be accessed with that environment (easiest from ipython, which allows await in the REPL).
