Move ingredient pipeline definitions in drp_pipe to the pipelines directory

      Description

      This is the drp_specific implementation ticket for RFC-927. The current top-level ingredients directory will be moved to live underneath the pipelines directory. This will help prevent direct usage of these ingredients YAML pipelines and help steer end-users towards usage of the primary camera-specific YAML implementations. The ingredients directory will also be prefaced with a leading underscore to help further communicate that this directory should not be directly used.

            Looks good, assuming that Jenkins passes.

            I suggest filing a follow-up ticket to add something to the package docs, because right now the top-level README.rst says to check out the doc directory where users will not find much of anything. Even a sentence pointing to the pipelines directory would be more useful.

            Thanks Dan, Jenkins was happy, branch merged and deleted. With regards a new docs ticket, are you referring to the top-level drp_pipe README file? If so, happy to do so.
