      Replace all use of boost::array with std::array in the DM stack

      A quick search turned up use in 17 files spread over these packages:
      ip_diffim, meas_base, meas_extensions_photometryKron and ndarray (which is presumably out of scope for this ticket)

            Again, I only looked at the diffs (did not try to find other code needing changes) but they look great. I had a few very minor suggested changes (on github).
