      Description

At present we only warp images based on a pair of Wcs. This is needlessly restrictive. We should be able to define the transformation by function that computes f(x,y) -> x',y', e.g. an XYTransform.

Note that reversibility, while not strictly necessary, is very desirable. Hence we might as well use XYTransform.

I suggest we have only one underlying implementation in order to avoid code duplication. This could easily be done by implementing an XYTransform that combines a pair of WCS.
