Write a tutorial on how to create a sky map

      Description

      Creating a sky map for a data set is tricky and there are not good instructions. It would be great to have a tutorial that describes the various projections and how to set up a sky map for a given problem.

            Yes, basically. For DRP you need a skymap for most of the steps because the involve warped images onto the skymap. The only step that doesn't need it is the first one (processCcd).

            Considered for DM-CCB 2020-07-08. I think it's clear that SQuaRE will not be writing tutorial documentation on skymaps, so I have changed team and unassigned Jonathan. Pipelines should take this on at some point, but I doubt we will prioritise it soon.

            When we discussed this at the DM-CCB, Leanne Guy suggest that the Stack Club might be willing to help with this and volunteered to have it assigned to her. So I did. Thanks Leanne!
