      Description

      Now that we switched Qserv to mariadb, it'd be good to switch the rest of the stack. This story involves trying out if things still work if we switch mysqlclient to mariadbclient.

            Per discussion with K-T, Tim and TCAMs just now, I am pushing these changes to master branches, effectively switching stack to mariadbclient.

            Could we also publish the affected packages and move the qserv-dev tag forward?

            This would let us qserv-devs conveniently purge mysql

            {,client}

            from our stacks entirely, and also build maria-only containers, both of which would be good for testing sooner than later I think?
