Add tests to validate_drp to verify SRD calculations and utility function behavior

      Description

      The current validate_drp is woefully lacking in tests.

      1. The key SRD metrics definitely need to have test cases that verify the calculation of these important metrics.
      2. Overall the utility functions would benefit from testing.

          Simon Krughoff recommend we close this as wont' fix. valiudate_drp been replaced by faro and we are doing this in faro.
