It'd be cleaner to use numbering (e.g. 0 for no chunking, 1 for chunks, 2 for subchunks etc) instead of "chunks", "subchunks" throughout qserv code. This might also be true in partitioner, where flags like -S and -s etc are not entirely obvious.
