Description
Please add a daily build of `ci_hsc` to the Jenkins system.
This does not need to explicitly build `lsst_distrib` or `lsst_sims`. The only product to list is `ci_hsc`.
In the slightly near future, I anticipate that this build will be replaced by a daily build of a metapackage `lsst_ci`.

Email currently isn't implemented and it will probably take some fiddling to send email to only certain people. There is a tangentially related but unscheduled issue for email notification to user that manually triggered a build: https://jira.lsstcorp.org/browse/DM-5391
And agreed that it shouldn't trigger on a push on a branch.
