Please make bin/deploy install anaconda, not miniconda

      Description

      Most developers who install lsstsw will want anaconda instead of miniconda. I suggest either switching entirely or offering an easy way for a user to specify one or the other – preferably something that lives outside of lsstsw, e.g. an environment variable or a config file in ~/.config

          If a user wants the full set of anaconda packages after an install of miniconda, they can run conda install anaconda. The final result should be the same.

          Since not everyone wants full-scale Anaconda, and since it's a single command to install anaconda from miniconda, marking this won't fix.
