Throughout S15 and W16 we have worked to merge changes from the Hyper Suprime-Cam stack to LSST. This work is now broadly complete, but requires acceptance testing by HSC. In support of that, the LSST stack must be brought to a level at which it is capable of reproducing the January 2016 HSC data release. This work is a continuation of the effort undertaken in DM-3628. This epic describes work undertaken to verify that the LSST and HSC stacks produce equivalent data reductions when provided with the same input data.
