Description
Refactoring of Qserv as found necessary in S17. Specific tasks will be added during S17, and will include bug fixes, fixing major deficiencies discovered during S17, and keeping Qserv code up-to-date (latest compilers, supported OSes, security and alike). The scope of the work is limited by the number of story points assigned to this epic.
