The February 2016 CCB meeting voted to recommend approval of these two change requests, subject to the creation of additional change requests for some clean-up work. The recommendation was accepted by the Project Manager.
Follow-up change requests LCR-587 (LSE-70) and LCR-586 (LSE-209) were created on February 17, 2016 to capture known open issues in these documents.
Work on these LCRs will likely appear in X16.
