            The CCB recommended approval of LCR-614, "Revise LSE-140 to correspond to LCR-581", at its 20 April 2016 meeting and in the electronic voting that followed.

            However, the Project Manager did not approve the LCR until June 21st.

            Robert McKercher has to date not gotten around to performing the tasks to get this to "Fully Implemented" status, so no effort from me was needed during X16.
