Description
This include file was damaged somewhat by the addition of slot routines to work with the flattened field definitions. It would be nice to put the Measurement abstraction back in place – or get rid of it. We need to decide whether the old slot and compound key mechanisms from SourceTable version 0 are going to be continued for doing this.

I thought that I would also need to define some new FunctorKeys (for flux = double) and define the methods of Point2DKey under FunctorKey< Point<double> >, but perhaps you have a way to define a meas and err FunctorKey for each Measuremnt instantiation. I didn't see how to do that.
Anyway, it seemed better to leave this for later, since the lack of slots is holding up other work.

I think the right time to deal with this is after we've added table aliases in
DM-417andDM-419; I think that's what will allow us to clean this up.
