If a user browsers example.lsst.io/v/ or example.lsst.io/builds/ we should present a dashboard that dynamically lists available editions and recent builds, respectively.
This could be implemented as a React app that interacts with the public LTD Keeper API. Thanks to Fastly we could serve a single app for all documentation products, and customize the dashboard according to the URL.
