Some regions and properties are not parsed from the uploaded region files, they are

regions:
ellipse,
ellipse annulus
annulus with more than 2 circles, annulus box with more than 2 boxes.

properties: line, rotate, move, dash, dashlist.

properties: dash, dashlist, source, background, tag, ruler

Make improvement for PNG creation for region on images,

• orientation and size of region presentation on the image
• presentation of text region with various font on the image

Make improvement on JSON data sent by getDS9Region server call.

The following cases need some fixing:

• The text attached to the text doesn't show up in PNG.
• the coordinate system (location and size) is mis-interpreted for some regions defined in an uploaded file.

Parsing on the angle number suffixed with a unit character, such as 3.12r (for radius), at the server side needs some fixing.
