      Description

      workspace design goal:

      • workspace is an integral part of user experience for access LSST DAC.
      • It should use the authentication and authorization system, user management system provided by NCSA
      • It should be accessible from SUIT web portal and API.
      • User should be able to see the same content from either access.
      • It should work seamlessly with Level 3 data production/access/analysis environment.
      • The access control and quota control should be designed collaboratively with SLAC, SQuaRE, and NCSA.

      DM is leaning towards using using JupyterHUb to support the access and computation needs of users. This work will be closed related to the Science Platform concept and design.
