Compare CModel results from LSST and HSC

      Description

      Demonstrate that the HSC and LSST stacks produce consistent results for CModel measurement. Account for (and fix, where relevant) differences.

            I ran a tract through the HSC code to create a coadded image and then ran the measurement pipelines with both HSC and LSST stacks. The following plots show the cmodel mags without aperture corrections.

            I believe the LSST code uses a different shapelet approximation for the psf so we should expect to see some scatter. I don't see any trends with magnitude or position on the sky and the scatter seems reasonable.
