Please add raw data and calibration data to validation_data_decam

      Description

      validation_data_decam cannot be used with the default DECam ISR task because it is missing raw and calibration data. It would be very nice to have this data available in order to compare the default DECam ISR task to the null ISR task that relies on the community pipeline and be able to run both.
