Convert LDM-151 references to bibtex

      Description

      At some point we need to convert LDM-151's reference to use bibtex; right now I'm just adding TODO notes for any references I'd like to add instead of going through the pain of adding them manually.

      I'm assigning this to Zeljko Ivezic, with the expectation that he'll assign it to someone else once he determines its priority.

            Tim Jenness I'm working on DM-9626 right now, and that will obviate some of the references. I guess I'll review this so it can get merged, but we'll end up with a shorter list after that, I suspect.

            Shorter list is fine. I'm happy to merge what I have and leave the missing references unknown. That would make my life easier if you are about to edit all the same lines.

            Tim Jenness I actually don't think either of the Kubica references is correct. I think we should actually probably reference the following (Andrew Connolly can confirm):

            Tim Jenness I've figured out all the ambiguous references I know about. It sounded like that's all you expected from me. If you want me to do more with the review, let me know.

            I ended up just adding the references. I can cut down the text later, but having these in the DM wide bibliography will be useful.

            Thanks. I think this review just required a looking at the AuthorYear mappings to ADS so I think we are all good here. Merging with the lsst-texmf references is for another ticket. I'll merge this once it passes tests.
