Add validate_drp jointcal tests for new HSC data

      Description

      Once we get a large set of HSC data running through validate_drp (DM-6048) and get jointcal validation tests running (DM-6577), we should add said HSC data to those tests. This would also provide a useful test of running jointcal on a large volume of data.

            I've got this data running through jointcal on lsst-dev (minus the quiver plots due to matplotlib troubles). Need to clean up those changes and push, before trying to lift it into validate_drp.

            This and DM-11571 are closely related. Maybe they're actually clones, but I'm not positive.
