Description
Jointcal currently has some code in place to do photometric fits, but it's not clear whether it works and if so, how well. We should write some tests (using the same data that was used for the astrometric tests) to exercise this functionality.
We should probably have (at minimum) one story in this epic for each camera that we plan to write tests for. Another story would be to compare the jointcal photometry with that from meas_mosaic.
