            This looks good to me.

            For the record: the changes in the library util code required propagating a small change to tests in 3 other packages. One of those packages is meas_algorithms and the fix is on two different branches: tickets/DM-7729 and tickets/DM-7248. So depending on when you merge DM-7248 you may be able to ignore tickets/DM-7729 of meas_algorithms.
