Fix bin/check_astrometry for --small output

      Description

The bin/check_astrometry script uses filter = 'r' for the comparison (https://github.com/lsst/lsst_dm_stack_demo/blob/master/bin/check_astrometry#L249), but when ./bin/demo.sh is run with the --small option, the r band is not processed for visit 4192 (https://github.com/lsst/lsst_dm_stack_demo/blob/master/bin/demo.sh#L37), so the above check fails with:

RuntimeError: No such FITS catalog file: output_small/sci-results/4192/4/r/src/src-004192-r4-0300.fits

I believe Simon Krughoff fixed this problem in DM-14806.

Yes; looks like as of DM-14806 check_astrometry.py uses filter = 'i', and that's processed for both visits even when using --small.
