      Description

      Make the
      firefly_client Python API installable via pip. The package will be named firefly_client. The package will exist within the firefly repository.

      copied from the pul request: (XW, 1018/2016)
      copied Firefly License.txt
      added a simple README
      added setup.py and setup.cfg
      moved package files to firefly_client directory
