      Description

Work through the ~40 action items that came out of discussing the CPP section of LDM-151 with John Swinbank.

      The work will involve:

      • editing the document
      • multiple read-throughs while holding different things in my head which need to be checked against
      • reading other parts of the document, and editing for them consistency
      • hunting for the use each and every one of the outputs from the CPP section.
      • discussing plans for parts of the processing with others and editing for consistency

Next time, can you not merge the target branch into your ticket branch just so you can immediately merge your ticket branch to the target branch (presumably to keep github happy with merging it)? The normal approach is to rebase your ticket branch onto the target branch and then merge.

Yeah; we had that discussion offline, too. Sorry that landing these changes wasn't entirely smooth, Tim.

Yes, apologies. John told me what was wrong. "Github made me do it..." :/

so should this ticket be closed then? (and the other two that seem to be in a similar state)
