You have write access (ownership) to hsc and hsc/raw.

added a comment - I've done the ingest, and copied over our calibs. Would you please check that this is suitable? I locked down hsc/raw/commissioning, hsc/repo and hsc/calib. Please take a quick look and see if the format appears correct for these directories.

I'm not sure if /lsst3/HSC/data/ needs to be copied. If so it would go to /datasets/hsc/repo/ instead. But we are probably better off Butler-ingesting them.
