      Description

      See: https://github.com/conda-forge/docker-images

I reproduced DM-8035 using CentOS6 and Conda Forge's Docker image which uses devtoolset-2. I also reproduced DM-7980, DM-7774 using Conda GCC version 4.8.5 package. There are a few interesting changes such as gosu and tini.

This is definitely a viable option but it did not resolve the current problems I was having with creating v12.1 using conda-lsst. I chose to use ContinuumIO's CentOS5 with GCC 5.2.0 since it's the official Conda build container.
