Dev Guide does not say how to run Python 3 integration tests

      Description

      The developer guide describes how to test changes on Jenkins, but only shows settings for Python 2 builds. It would be useful if new developers also had instructions on how to build for Python 3 (set product to lsst_py3, clear "skip demo").

            The guide should also mention that the python 2 vs. python 3 selection box is actually a multiselect – you can do both in the same run if you have a compatible target.
