Description
There is a need to support separate calibration catalogs for astrometry and photometry. This will require:
1. allow the dataset name to be configured in the reference ingester
2. let the photometry task take a refObjLoader as the astrometry task now does
3. allow the calibration task to supply different refObjLoaders to astrometry and photometry
