      Description

      As part of DM-7293, we added getBytes/setBytes to the SWIG interface for afw:table:BaseRecord, but it doesn't have tests. There are similar SWIG methods for strings that also don't have tests. We should add some tests for those at the python layer, to make the pybind11 conversion easier to manage.
