Description
Correctly generate PSF-matched coadds.
This work includes:
- Using the correct order (warp-then-match) when generating PSF-matched coadds;
- Updates to test suites (ci_hsc) to demonstrate that this is working properly;
- Refactor command-line tasks to enable production of both direct and PSF-matched coadds during regular processing.
