Improvements on code change feature

      Description

      Using SQuaSH after the last deployment DM-8195 two improvements were suggested by users. One is to include the Date in the code change table, so that it becomes evident when a given package changed. The other improvrment fixes the git url linking the package name right to the git commit of the respective change.

          Bokeh data table widget does not have a datetime formatter, that's why only "Date" was included in the code changes table.
