      Description

      Have ci_hsc produce a Psf-Matched co-add and validate that the PSFs are sufficiently similar to the model PSF.

      + Add to the pipe_tasks/testCoadd.py using the mocks.

            At the request of the reviewer of DM-8491 Paul Price, I'm adding tests to pipe_tasks/testCoadd.py using the mocks as part of DM-8491 rather than this ticket.

            I'm going to punt the addition to ci_hsc (whats left of this ticket) until after the refactor: DM-9610

            Unit tests were added in DM-8491. This ticket has evolved into adding robust coaddition to ci_hsc. Robust (artifact-removed coadds) will depend on psf-matched warps and coadds, but the baseline DRP as far as I know won't make PSF-matched coadds just for the sake of having them. Moved this ticket to the epic s17-drp-warped-image to reflect this and the dependency on the assemble coadd refactor: DM-9610.

            ci_hsc_gen3 runs CompareWarpAssembleCoadd which generates a PSF-matched coadd as an intermediate data product.
